The Retreat — for retreat hosts
Fill the retreat. Keep the calm.
Warm, honest marketing that fills the room — and grows the list that fills the next one. Without making you sound like someone you're not.
If marketing makes you feel gross, you've only seen it done badly.
Prices on the page. Always.
What's included
Brand identity, a booking-ready website, core copy, email capture, and search + AI-answer setup. The foundation to sell your first retreat.
+ $150 per booking · + 7.5%, only if your retreat runs
What's included
One retreat, filled, end to end.
- The page. A landing page built to sell this retreat — one page, doing one job, honestly.
- The list. Your CRM and email on your own domain, set up. Your list warmed back up. A lead magnet worth giving your email for, and two sequences behind it.
- The face. A founder video and short-form video — so people meet you before they book you.
- The campaign. Ads with real tracking, if you want ads. Optional, always.
- The numbers. A live dashboard you can check any time — no waiting for a report to find out how it's going.
- The launch. A managed launch that runs all the way through your dates.
Three parts — and each one is built to keep us on the same side of the table.
A start fee of $500–$1,000, set by how much runway you give us. Start earlier and it costs less — more time means a better result and a better price. $150 for every booking we bring you, above the seats you'd already sold; you pay nothing on your own. And 7.5% of the bookings we bring you — which only applies if your retreat actually runs.
The start fee covers getting set up. Everything after it depends on seats actually being sold, and the last piece only exists if the retreat happens at all.
Starting from scratch — no landing page, no email list or CRM yet? Add $250 to the start fee.
This is the one-retreat path: a page that sells these dates, not a home for your whole business. If you want the brand and the full site too, that's Launch.
3-month minimum · billed monthly in advance
What's included
Hosts don't usually have a marketing problem. They have an audience problem — a room to fill, and a list too small to fill it from. So the monthly has one job: grow your list, so the next retreat launches to more people than the last one did.
Between dates that's email, social, content, and the light ads and search work that keeps your people warm and brings new ones in. When a retreat comes up, we run the launch. A steady monthly base plus 7.5% of the bookings we bring in — and you never pay a build fee again.
This one's for hosts already running retreats regularly. It picks up a machine that's already built, so it follows a Launch or a Fill.
What "running ads" actually means
Handing a platform your money is the easy part. The work is everything around it — and it's the part that decides whether the money did anything.
- The creative. Every ad written, designed and cut — usually several versions, because the only honest way to know which one works is to run them against each other.
- The setup. The pixel, the conversion events, the tagged links. Without these an ad can't be judged, only guessed at — and guessing is what most small accounts we inherit have been doing.
- The audiences. Who sees it, who doesn't, and who gets shown something different because they've already been to your site.
- The reading. Someone checks it on a schedule rather than when they remember, and turns off what's losing while it's still cheap to be wrong.
At $250 a week that management matters more, not less. A small budget has less room to waste, so the gap between a watched campaign and an unwatched one is most of the result.
And the money stays yours. The spend goes into your own ad account — never through us, never marked up. If we stop working together, the account, the pixel, the audiences and everything they've learned stay with you.
2026 pricing, locked at signing. A short client list, on purpose — when a seat opens, we'll tell you.
Our goal is your goal.
Most studios bill the same whether you sell out or sell nothing. We take a modest start fee, then earn on the seats we actually bring you — and the largest piece of it only exists if your retreat runs. When the room fills, we do better. When it doesn't, we don't. A share of the room, not a flat fee. Aligned, not just hired.
To be exact about it: the start fee is paid either way. The rest isn't. That's the part that makes the empty seats our problem too.
